寄託の手順

1. （１）「生物遺伝資源の寄託に関する同意書」と「Accession Form for Deposit」に必要事項をご記入の上、下記の「お問い合せ・お申し込み先までe-mailでお送りください。生物遺伝資源の種類や利用される時の条件によっては、寄託を受けられないことがございます。 また、寄託される生物遺伝資源が遺伝子組換え体の場合は、組換え体の詳細などについて記載した情報提供書の提出が必要となります。

   「生物遺伝資源の寄託に関する同意書」と「Accession Form for Deposit」は、以下のページよりダウンロードの上ご使用ください。

2. （２）NBRCから受入れ可能との連絡がありましたら、生物遺伝資源をお送りください。
3. （３）生物遺伝資源の保存と品質管理試験が終了しましたら、生物遺伝資源受託証を発行します。
   生物遺伝資源受託証の記載内容は、 「Accession Form for Deposit」の「4. Conditions stipulated in the article 2.4 of MTA-deposit for utilization of the strain/Clone/DNA (choose one from 1 to 5) 」で指定した利用条件により異なります。生物遺伝資源受託証の内容は下表をご参考下さい。
   ※　原核生物の新種、新亜種、新組み合わせの発表には、その分類学的基準が公的な生物遺伝資源機関から他の研究者に制約なしに提供されることを記載した証明書の提出が求められ、利用条件が付された場合は分類学的基準株の要件を満たさないと判断されることがございます。基準株の寄託では利用条件を付けないことをお勧めいたします。
4. （４）寄託された生物遺伝資源は、保存が完了次第、NBRCのウェブサイト等から公開し、利用希望者に提供します。寄託者のご希望により、その生物遺伝資源に付与したNBRC番号が公知にならない限り、生物遺伝資源受託証を発行した日から最長3年間、NBRCから非公開にすることが可能です。その場合においてもNBRC番号が公知になった時、あるいは公知にならなくても3年後に公開し、利用希望者に提供します。

表. 生物遺伝資源受託証の内容

The USER may conduct both NON-COMMERCIAL USE and COMMERCIAL USE on the RESOURCES.	ファイル 【PDF:157KB】
The USER may conduct NON-COMMERCIAL USE on the RESOURCES. When the USER wishes to make COMMERCIAL USE of the RESOURCES, including the applications for intellectual property rights, the USER shall notify the DEPOSITOR in advance. The DEPOSITOR shall not place any restriction on the COMMERCIAL USE. The USER includes an organization or individual that engages in business activities for the purpose of making a financial profit, such as a company or enterprise.	ファイル 【PDF:158KB】
The USER may conduct NON-COMMERCIAL USE on the RESOURCES. When the USER wishes to make COMMERCIAL USE of the RESOURCES, including the applications for intellectual property rights, the USER shall reach an agreement with the DEPOSITOR before the COMMERCIAL USE takes place. The USER includes an organization or individual that engages in business activities for the purpose of making a financial profit, such as a company or enterprise.
The USER may only conduct NON-COMMERCIAL USE on the RESOURCES. Applications for intellectual property rights may not be filed. The DEPOSITOR may choose this condition only when COMMERCIAL USE of the BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL to be deposited is prohibited by the laws of the COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, etc. The USER includes an organization or individual that engages in business activities for the purpose of making a financial profit, such as a company or enterprise.
