　　＜＜MOLファイル作成に関する問合せはお早めに！＞＞
　
　　令和7年度第1回少量新規化学物質受付に向けて、MOLファイルの作成方法について
　　ご不明な点等がございましたら、下記問合せ先にお問合せください。
　　例年、受付期間直前は、問合せが立て込み、迅速にご回答できない可能性がございますので、
　　予め余裕を持ってMOLファイルを作成し、事前に問合せいただきますようお願いいたします。
　　問合せ時には、申出予定物質の申出名称及び構造式を添付し、法人番号及びご不明点を
　　明記してください。
　　問合せ時に、申出予定物質の最終構造もしくは反応工程図等を添えてくださいますと、
　　より詳細な回答が可能です。
　　特に高分子化合物や反応生成物の原料によるお申出については添えてくださるよう
　　お願いいたします。
 
　　なお、電話での問合せが大変多くなっておりますが、実際の申出に使用なさるファイル等が
　　確認できないため電話での回答はいたしかねます。
　　電話での問合せには、改めて化審法連絡システムから確認に必要となるファイルを添えての
　　問合せ登録をご案内することとなっておりますのでご承知おきの上、電話ではなく
　　化審法連絡システムから問い合わせください。

　　・少量新規化学物質申出に関するお知らせ
　　＜＜少量新規化学物質の申出を行う方は再度のご確認を！＞＞
 
　　○申出名称をお確かめください
　　・申出名称中に明らかに不要であるスペースが多数含まれている申出が
　　　見受けられます。申出前に、名称に不要なスペース等の誤りがないかを
　　　お確かめください。
 
　　○申出名称・構造式MOLファイルともに立体は表現しません
　　・少量新規では立体異性体であっても立体による区別はしません（同一の物
　　　質として取り扱います。）ので、申出書には立体を区別しない名称を記載い
　　　ただくとともに、立体を区別しない構造式を採用して構造式ファイルを作成
　　　してください。
　　　具体的には、名称で立体記号（R、S、E、Z等）を使用しない、構造式で
　　　くさび型結合線や破線くさび型結合線等を使用しないようにしてください。

　　○電子申出をはじめて行う際には、事前に「申出者コード」の取得手続きを行ってください。

　　・第１回に向けた様式第 15 の提出期限は令和6年 12 月9日（月）ですのでご注意ください。
　　　申出者コードの到達見込みは令和7年1月10日（金）頃となります。
