Full length human cDNA sequencing project

日本語で表示

We, National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE), has sequenced 5'end sequences of about 920,000 clones in the NEDO project "Full length human cDNA sequencing project" of which purpose is to analyze new human cDNAs from April to September in 2001.
NITE performed sequence reactions, sequencing, data accuracy check and sent the datas to Helix Research Institute Co.Ltd(HRI). The sequenced clones are selected from the full length human cDNA library of the Institute of Medical Science in University of Tokyo and HRI by Hitachi Kimitsu Laboratory, and those clones were sequenced after being checked at HRI.
Moreover, after the data analysis at HRI, full length sequences of the new human cDNAs have been determined in Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Fujiya Co. Ltd., Hitachi Co.Ltd., Hitachi Science Systems Co.Ltd., Takara Shuzo Co.Ltd., Toyobo Co.Ltd. and Nisshinbo Industries Co.Ltd
